A Commitment to Service

At Mechanical Botanical we understand the importance of 'service'. To get the very best out of your machinery and have minimal down time it's important that your equipment is properly maintained. That's why at Mechanical Botanical we have allocated significant resources, technical staff and infrastructure to enable us to conduct our servicing operations in a timely and professional manner.
All our technical staff have engineering and horticultural backgrounds and have been factory trained at the manufacturers premises. In the event of a breakdown, you can be confident that the 'service engineer' is familiar with the machinery you have purchased. Some of our staff have particular product specialisations. We will direct any service enquiry to the most appropriate staff member. We stock an extensive range of spare parts to support your machine.
We have three types of service that we can offer to you. 1. Casual basis, 2. Contract Basis, 3. Annual Basis.
We encourage you to establish a service contract at the time of purchase, or at least within the first twelve months. All our machines are provided with 12 months warranty, the contract period commences upon elapse of the normal warranty period. Having a service contract is not only the most cost effective method of service for you, but it also gives you peace of mind.
Knowing that your machinery is regularly maintained mitigates some of the risk against unexpected breakdowns just at the wrong time, allowing you to stay focused on the business.
Regardless of how you wish to approach service matters, we will support you with industry know how, product specific technical help, service staff and spare parts.
Investing in machinery can be a significant leap for most nurseries. The technology advantage that the investment brings in labour saving and cost savings is unmistakably evident. Be sure to protect your investment now and in the future.
